The Chaipattana Aerator Model RX-9 is an apparatus with a motor installed on the ground beside the water surface. A rotor extending from the pump is connected with a second pump underwater. When the engine starts, the pump sucks and compresses water under high pressure into a circle pipe with perforations and then spreads the water out at the surface. 

   At present, this machine is being studied, experiments are being carried out and the quality is being improved.
