Secretary-General of the Chaipattana Foundation Delivers a Talk on the Topic "Cooking for Living, Selling for Success"

On 7 February 2025, Mr. Sumet Tantivejkul, Member and Secretary-General of the Chaipattana Foundation, participated as a guest speaker to share his knowledge in culinary entrepreneurship. He demonstrated the preparation of "Kai Na Khuean" by using PatPat Camellia Seed Oil, as well as black and white pepper from PatPat Stores, products from development projects of the Chaipattana Foundation.

The session was recorded as a video lesson for an online learning program under the "Cooking for Living, Selling for Success" course, designed to provide culinary skills and business techniques that can help participants establish their own food-related businesses. The program is organized by the Subcommittee on Driving the Food Industry (Soft Power) at the Thai Culinary Academy (TCA), Sukhumvit 55 (Thonglor), Bangkok.
