Merit-Making Ceremony on the Occasion of the 37th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Chaipattana Foundation

On 12 June 2025, Mr. Sumet Tantivejkul, Member and Secretary-General of the Chaipattana Foundation, and Mrs. Suporn Treenarin, Secretary-General of the Office of the Royal Development Projects Board (ORDPB), together with executives and staff from the Chaipattana Foundation and the Office of the Royal Development Projects Board (ORDPB), participated in a merit-making ceremony to commemorate the 37th anniversary of the Chaipattana Foundation's establishment. The ceremony was held at the Chaipattana Foundation Office, Rama VIII, Bangkok.

His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great graciously provided his personal funds for the registration and establishment of the Chaipattana Foundation on 14 June 1988. The Foundation was established with the objective of improving the quality of life of the Thai people through various development initiatives. This reflects His Late Majesty’s intention to alleviate hardship and improve the well-being of the people, contributing to the stability of the nation - a triumph defined as “Victory through Development.”
