Member and Secretary-General of the Chaipattana Foundation Presides over the Candle Casting Ceremony for the Buddhist Lent at Rama IX Golden Jubilee Temple

On 8 July 2025, Mr. Sumet Tantivejkul, Member and Secretary-General of the Chaipattana Foundation, presided over the Candle Casting Ceremony for the Buddhist Lent and led a ceremony for students from schools near Rama IX Golden Jubilee Temple to formally declare themselves as Buddhists. The event was held on the occasion of Asalha Puja Day and the beginning of the Buddhist Lent 2025 at Rama IX Golden Jubilee Temple, Bangkok.
