Memorandum of Understanding Signing Ceremony between the Chaipattana Foundation, the Department of Community Development, and Samut Songkhram Province
Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn graciously granted permission for the Chaipattana Foundation, in collaboration with the Department of Community Development and Samut Songkhram Province, to implement a project promoting and supporting OTOP Nawatwithi Tourism Communities by linking cultural tourism attractions in the Amphawa Community, Samut Songkhram Province.
On 6 May 2026, Mr. Sumet Tantivejkul, Member and Senior Special Advisor of the Chaipattana Foundation, acting on behalf of the Director and Secretary-General of the Chaipattana Foundation, together with Mr. Siam Sirimongkol, Director-General of Community Development Development, and Mr. Chayachai Saeng-in, Governor of Samut Songkhram Province, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the promotion and support of OTOP Nawatwithi Tourism Communities connected to cultural tourism attractions in the Amphawa community. The collaboration aims to support Samut Songkhram Province's development as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy. The signing ceremony was held in the Conference Room on the 3rd floor of the Chaipattana Foundation Office, Bangkok.
