Academic Collaboration and Joint Educational Development Project between the Chaipattana Foundation and Chulalongkorn University

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn graciously granted permission for the Chaipattana Foundation and Chulalongkorn University to undertake an academic collaboration and joint educational development project based on the case study, "The Camellia Seed Oil and Other Vegetable Oils Research and Development Center, Chiang Rai Province."

On 11 June 2026, Mr. Danucha Sintawanon, Member and Deputy Secretary-General of the Chaipattana Foundation, and Mrs. Bhakamol Rattaseri, Member and Deputy Treasurer of the Foundation, served as guest speakers, presenting the background and operations of the Camellia Seed Oil and Other Vegetable Oils Research and Development Center in Mae Sai District, Chiang Rai Province, to students from the Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Chulalongkorn University. The lecture was designed to provide students with the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge to real-world challenges through Real World Problem-Based Learning, enabling them to gain a deeper understanding of sustainable environmental development alongside social and community development.
