HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Presides over the Opening Ceremony of “Miracle Grass” Exhibition

On September 10, 2012, Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn presided over the opening ceremony of “Miracle Grass” Exhibition at Siam Paragon, Bangkok.

The exhibition was organized by the four partners namely the Office of the Chaipattana Foundation, the Office of the Royal Development Projects Board (RDPB), Land Development Department, and PTT Public Co.,Ltd. in order to promote the benefits of the miracle grass or the vetiver. The use of the vetiver grass was introduced in Thailand by His Majesty the King. The research and experiments on the vetiver grass were conducted according to His Majesty’s initiative to make the optimal use of the grass.
