HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Inspects the Operation of Nong Chet Sen Monkey Cheek Project

 

On November 2, 2012, Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn went to Nong Chet Sen Monkey Cheek Project, Ang Thong Province, to preside over the opening ceremony of Nong Chet Sen Park and grant an audience to the executives of the Chaipattana Foundation to report the progress of the project.

 

 

Nong Chet Sen Monkey Cheek Project covers the area of 320 rai in Pa Mok district and Mueang Ang Thong district of Ang Thong province, which able to reserve rainwater during rainy season and irrigate to farmers in vicinity during dry season.

 

 

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn also approved the budget for Ang Thong Province to develop the vicinity of the project. The Province constructed houses for disadvantaged families and allocate land for self-reliant agriculture under the guidance of Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives.
