Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Presides over the Opening Ceremony of the “Second PatPat Camellia Tea Oil Festival”

On November 5, 2016, Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn traveled to The EmQuatier department store to preside over the opening ceremony of the “Second PatPat Camellia Tea Oil Festival” organized by the Chaipattana Foundation and The Mall Group. At the ceremony, Dr. Sumet Tantivejkul, Secretary-General of the Chaipattana Foundation presented the background and objective of the festival to Her Royal Highness and participants. On this occasion, Her Royal Highness graciously told the audience about the tea oil and proceeded to visit the exhibition. Her Royal Highness also prepared two dishes which are “Kai Nap Krata (pan fried chicken)” and Khai Phra Arthit (Sun Egg)”.

The festival was held during 4-10 November at The EmQuartier, Bangkok.  The cooking oil and skin care products using the oil as ingredient were available at the event as well as other quality products from the Chaipattana Foundation’s development projects under the brand PatPat.  In addition, the exclusive preparation of delectable dishes by celebrity chefs and famous restaurants was also a part of the highlight.
