In the year 2018, Her Royal Highness transplanted rice seedlings RD43 with a 8-rows rice transplanting machine of the Siam Kubota Corporation Co., Ltd. The production of rice is 561 kilograms per rai (0.4 acre) with short harvesting period. This rice species is good for consumption because it is soft with nice odor when it is cooked.  Pathumthani Rice Research Center has carried out 2 activities this year which are transplanting rice seedlings RD43 and cultivating other crops after rice harvest to improve the soil condition. The agricultural produce was distributed to schools and foster homes in the vicinity area.
