Later, the Chaipattana Foundation and related organisations developed this land to be a model of “growing 3 forests for 4 benefits” according to the initiation of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great.

According to the model of “growing 3 forests for 4 benefits”, three types of trees should be grown in the forests, including the trees for used as lumbers, for consumption, and for used as fuel. Meanwhile, this model of growing is believed to help preserve the environment as well.
