Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Presides Over the Opening Ceremony of the National Rice and Farmers Day 2025

On 6 June 2025, Mr. Techapol Thitiyarak, Deputy Secretary-General of the Chaipattana Foundation, travels to welcome Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn on the occasion of Her Royal Highness’ gracious presence to preside over the opening ceremony of the National Rice and Farmers Day 2025, organized by the Rice Department from 5 to 7 June 2025, at the Occupational Promotion and Development Center for Non-Agricultural Activities, Bang Sai District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province.

The Chaipattana Foundation has initiated comprehensive rice development and farmer-support projects in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, including the Chaipattana Foundation Rice Mill and a Demonstration Rice Farming Project on the Foundation’s land in Lat Bua Luang District. These projects were established under the royal initiative of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, who entrusted the Foundation to collaborate with the Department of Agricultural Extension to create a model rice field for local farmers, promoting safe, chemical-free rice cultivation that meets quality and safety standards.
