Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Visits the Chaipattana Foundation’s Exhibition at Sustainability Expo 2025 held at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center

On 2 October 2025, Her Royal Highness graciously attended the Sustainability Expo 2025 (SX 2025), the 6th annual sustainability fair, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, Bangkok.

During the visit, Her Royal Highness observed the Chaipattana Foundation exhibition, which highlighted the Foundation’s long-standing disaster relief efforts and commitment to sustainability, ongoing since 1993. There are many disasters such as Nakhon Ratchasima building collapse (1993), the 2004 tsunami, the 2006 mudslide in Uttaradit Province, the 2011 great flood, the COVID-19 pandemic (2019), and the unrest at the border in 2025 that the Chaipattana Foundation provided assistance and recovery programs. The exhibition also showcased success stories of alumni from the “Sustainable Development Leadership Program.” “TIS 9999” is also another example in applying sufficiency economy philosophy in the industrial sector.

The Sustainability Expo 2025, under the theme “Sufficiency for Sustainability”, aimed to expand international collaboration and serve as a leading model of sustainability fairs in Thailand. The event was held from 26 September to 5 October 2025, at Halls 2-4, G Floor, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
